1. Agreement

1.1 Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and TNAADO Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of Ontario, Canada, 1050 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M6K 0C7 ("TNAADO", "we", "us"), which publishes TNAADO Services at service.tnaado.ca (the "Site"). They were last updated on 26 October 2026.

1.2 Acceptance

By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the Site. The Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookies and measurement notice also apply.

1.3 These are not our client terms

These terms cover use of the website only. Work we do for a client is governed by a written quote or engagement agreement and the Client Service Terms. If the two conflict about paid work, the engagement agreement and the Client Service Terms apply, not these terms.

1.4 Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived or limited by agreement, including consumer protection law.

2. The Site

2.1 What it is

The Site describes our services, prices and plans, and lets you book a call or visit and ask questions. It takes no payment and has no accounts. We may change, suspend or remove any page or feature at any time.

2.2 Prices and offers

Prices, ceilings, plans and examples on the Site are descriptions, not binding offers. An engagement begins only when we give you a written quote and you accept it in writing or sign an engagement agreement. Where the Site publishes something more favourable to you than the Client Service Terms say, the Client Service Terms apply the published version to an engagement you sign.

2.3 Bookings

Booking a slot through the form requests a call or visit and creates a calendar invitation. It is not a contract for work. We may reschedule or decline a booking.

3. Using the Site

3.1 Permitted use

You may view the Site in a web browser for your own information, to decide whether to contact us, and to book a call or visit. You may link to its pages.

3.2 What you agree not to do

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, or try to gain unauthorized access to it, its booking system or its hosting;
  • submit false, misleading or abusive information through the booking form or the assistant, or try to get around the spam and rate-limit controls; or
  • copy the Site's content or code and republish it as your own.

4. Prohibited commercial reproduction

Without our prior written permission, you may not resell, republish, mirror, frame, white-label or scrape the Site's text, design, images, video, case studies or code, use them to train a machine-learning model or build a dataset or competing product, or remove any notice or attribution. This does not restrict quoting a short excerpt with attribution and a link, fair dealing under the Copyright Act (Canada), fair use under United States law, or any use the law permits despite a contract term. This section concerns the website only: ownership of work we make for a client is set out in the Client Service Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, images, video and code of the Site belong to TNAADO Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. "TNAADO" and the TNAADO mark are trade names of TNAADO Inc. and may not be used without written permission. Client names, marks and work samples belong to their owners and appear with permission or as published work; they do not mean the client endorses us. Who owns the work we make for a client is set out in the Client Service Terms, not here.

5.1 Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email contact@tnaado.ca with "Copyright" in the subject line and give: the work you say is infringed; the address of the page; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We review complaints and may correct or remove content. The Site hosts no content submitted by visitors, and we have not set up a designated-agent takedown process for the United States or Canada. If visitor content is ever added, we will need to review that with a lawyer first.

6. Third-party links

Pages may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Accuracy of website content

The Site is general information about what TNAADO does. It may be incomplete or out of date, and it is not professional advice or a quote (see the Disclaimer). Confirm anything that matters with us in writing before you rely on it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limit of liability

8.1 Website only

This section applies to your use of the website and its content. It does not change, reduce or replace anything in a written quote, an engagement agreement or the Client Service Terms, which alone govern paid work, including any limit on liability in them.

8.2 As is

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8.3 Limit

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNAADO Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Because the website is free to use, our total liability to you for claims arising from using the website itself is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is nil, or if the law does not allow a nil limit, CAD $100.

8.4 What this does not limit

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, rights under consumer protection law, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, that apply despite any agreement remain yours.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario sitting in Toronto have jurisdiction over disputes about these terms or the Site. These terms contain no arbitration clause and no waiver of your right to bring or join a class proceeding; the arbitration agreement in the Client Service Terms applies only to business clients in a paid engagement. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including any right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact

TNAADO Inc., 1050 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M6K 0C7. contact@tnaado.ca for general matters and for legal notices and requests (see Legal requests and disclosures).

12. Sources and basis

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario), s. 2(1) (applies to consumer transactions with Ontario consumers), s. 7 (rights apply despite contrary agreement; arbitration limits) and s. 8 (class proceedings), reflected in the consumer paragraphs.
  • Copyright Act (Canada), ss. 29-29.2 (fair dealing), read 26 October 2026. Tercon Contractors v. British Columbia, 2010 SCC 4 (exclusion clauses), from secondary summaries only. The website limit is separate from the Client Service Terms liability cap, which counsel has yet to review.
  • Governing law and venue follow the choices already published in TNAADO Inc.'s terms at tnaado.ca/terms and in its Client Service Terms.
  • Not reviewed by counsel; the limitation-of-liability wording in particular is a general form: see the notice at the top of this page.
