This text has not been reviewed by legal counsel. It describes how the site operates and is not legal advice. If you rely on it for a legal decision, consult a lawyer.

1. General information only

The content of service.tnaado.ca is general information about what TNAADO Inc. does. It is not legal, tax, financial, security or other professional advice, and using the Site does not create a professional or client relationship with TNAADO. A client relationship begins only under a written quote or engagement agreement. TNAADO is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.

2. Not a quote or an offer

Prices, ceilings, plans, timelines and examples on the Site are descriptions of how we work, not binding offers. The price and scope of any job are set in a written quote or agreement. See the Client Service Terms.

3. No guarantee of results

Case studies, portfolio items and examples show work we did for particular clients. They are not a promise that you will get the same result. Reach, views, revenue, ranking, press coverage and similar outcomes depend on people and platforms we do not control, and nothing on the Site guarantees them.

4. The on-site assistant

The assistant answers questions about the firm using automated technology. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not quotes, offers, advice or commitments. Confirm anything that matters with us in writing. Do not give it confidential or sensitive information.

5. Third parties

Client names, marks, logos and work samples belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean they endorse TNAADO, and a reference to a platform, tool or company does not mean it is affiliated with us. Linked third-party sites are outside our control.

6. Journalism is separate

TNAADO also publishes journalism at other sites. Paying for services does not buy coverage, placement or influence over what is published.

7. Accuracy and reliance

The Site is provided "as is" and may be incomplete or out of date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNAADO is not liable for loss you suffer by relying on it instead of a written quote or agreement; this does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything the law does not let us limit, does not affect consumer rights that apply despite any agreement, and does not change the Client Service Terms, which govern paid work. See the Website Terms of Use.

8. Sources and basis

  • Law Society Act (Ontario), s. 1(5)-(6) and s. 26.1: giving advice about a person's legal rights is providing legal services; this site publishes general information about a business and says so.
  • The statement that journalism is not for sale repeats what TNAADO Inc.'s published Client Service Terms say. Not reviewed by counsel: see the notice at the top of this page.
