Accessibility Statement
1. Our aim
We want service.tnaado.ca to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are working toward that target. The site has not had an independent accessibility audit, and we do not claim that it fully conforms.
2. What the site does today
We checked a sample of six pages (home, contact, pricing, team, privacy and terms) on 26 October 2026. In that sample:
- Every page declares its language and has one main content landmark.
- A "skip to content" link is present on every page.
- Each page has one top-level heading, and headings do not skip levels.
- Keyboard focus styles are defined in the site's stylesheets, and the home and contact pages respect the browser's "reduce motion" setting.
3. Known limitations
- One image in the sample has no alt attribute. We have not reviewed every page.
- The home page uses scroll-driven animation and video. Reduced-motion handling is present on some pages but we have not checked all of them.
- The booking form uses a Cloudflare Turnstile security check, which is provided by Cloudflare and may present a challenge that some assistive technology finds hard to use. If you cannot use the form, email or call us and we will book you in.
- The on-site assistant is a chat widget that we have not tested with every screen reader.
- Content from other organisations that we link to is outside our control.
4. Feedback and requests
If you find a barrier, or need information or a booking in another format, email contact@tnaado.ca. Please include the page address, what went wrong and the assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to reply within 5 business days and to fix problems we can confirm as soon as practicable.
5. Status of this statement
This statement is voluntary and describes our intentions and current practice. It is not a promise of any particular level of conformance and is not legal advice. It was last updated on 26 October 2026.
6. Sources and basis
