Accessibility Statement

TNAADO Tools (tools.tnaado.ca) · TNAADO Inc. · Last updated 26 October 2026 ·

This text has not been reviewed by legal counsel. It describes how the site operates and is not legal advice. If you rely on it for a legal decision, consult a lawyer.

1. Our aim

We want tools.tnaado.ca to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are working toward that target. The site has not had an independent accessibility audit, and we do not claim that it fully conforms.

2. What we can say today

Pages declare their language and have a main content landmark. We have not run a full automated or manual check across all of the site's tools, so we make no further claim about individual features.

3. Known limitations

  • Advertisements are supplied by Google AdSense. We do not control their markup and they may not meet WCAG. A sticky anchor ad can be dismissed.
  • The site has a very large number of tools. Some may have barriers we have not found, including in charts, drag-and-drop areas, file pickers and canvas-based tools.
  • Documents and pages from other organisations that we link to are outside our control.
  • We have not tested every page with every combination of browser and assistive technology.

4. Feedback and requests

If you find a barrier, or need information from the site in another format, email contact@tnaado.ca. Please include the page address, what went wrong and the assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to reply within 5 business days and to fix problems we can confirm as soon as practicable.

5. Technical information

The site is built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and relies on a current web browser. Tools need JavaScript.

6. Status of this statement

This statement is voluntary and describes our intentions and current practice. It is not a promise of any particular level of conformance and is not legal advice. It was last updated on 26 October 2026.

7. Sources and basis

  • U.S. Department of Justice, Guidance on Web Accessibility and the ADA (ada.gov/resources/web-guidance/): cites WCAG as a helpful technical standard; no rule requires a private website to publish a statement.

  • The tools.tnaado.ca home page was read on 26 October 2026 (language attribute and main landmark). No audit was done. A live /accessibility/ page does not exist on the site. Not reviewed by counsel: see the notice at the top of this page.
