Website Terms of Use
1. Agreement
1.1 Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and TNAADO Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of Ontario, Canada, 1050 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M6K 0C7 ("TNAADO", "we", "us"), which publishes the landing page at tnaado.ca (the "Site"). They were last updated on 26 October 2026.
1.2 Acceptance
By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the Site. The Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookies and tracking notice also apply.
1.3 What these terms do not cover
These terms cover the landing page only. The Dispatch newsroom at dispatch.tnaado.ca, TNAADO's other websites and its apps are governed by their own terms. Paid work we do for a client is governed by a written quote or engagement agreement and the Client Service Terms, not by these terms.
1.4 Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived or limited by agreement, including consumer protection law.
2. The Site
The Site introduces TNAADO Inc. and links to its other sites and to its social media pages. It takes no payment, has no accounts and does not accept content from visitors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.
3. Using the Site
3.1 Permitted use
You may view the Site in a web browser for your own information and follow its links. You may link to it.
3.2 What you agree not to do
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt it or try to gain unauthorized access to it or its hosting; or copy its content or code and republish it as your own.
3.3 Prohibited commercial reproduction
Without our prior written permission, you may not resell, republish, mirror, frame, white-label or scrape the Site's text, design, images, video or code, use them to train a machine-learning model or build a dataset or competing product, or remove any notice or attribution. This does not restrict quoting a short excerpt with attribution and a link, fair dealing under the Copyright Act (Canada), fair use under United States law, or any use the law permits despite a contract term.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, images, video and code of the Site belong to TNAADO Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. "TNAADO" and the TNAADO mark are trade names of TNAADO Inc. and may not be used without written permission. Names, marks and logos of other organisations belong to their owners and do not mean those organisations endorse us.
4.1 Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email contact@tnaado.ca with "Copyright" in the subject line and give: the work you say is infringed; the address of the page; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We review complaints and may correct or remove content. The Site hosts no content submitted by visitors, and we have not set up a designated-agent takedown process for the United States or Canada. If visitor content is ever added, we will need to review that with a lawyer first.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to other sites, including the Dispatch and our social media pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Accuracy
The Site is a general introduction to the firm. It may be incomplete or out of date, and it is not professional advice, a quote or an offer (see the Disclaimer).
7. Disclaimer of warranties and limit of liability
7.1 As is
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7.2 Limit
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNAADO Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Because the Site is free to use, our total liability to you for claims arising from using the Site itself is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is nil, or if the law does not allow a nil limit, CAD $100.
7.3 What this does not limit
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, rights under consumer protection law, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, that apply despite any agreement remain yours.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario sitting in Toronto have jurisdiction over disputes about these terms or the Site. These terms contain no arbitration clause and no waiver of your right to bring or join a class proceeding. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including any right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
9. Severability and general
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, that part applies as far as the law allows and the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact
TNAADO Inc., 1050 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M6K 0C7. contact@tnaado.ca for general matters and for legal notices and requests (see Legal requests and disclosures).
12. Sources and basis
- Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario), s. 2(1), s. 7 (rights apply despite contrary agreement; arbitration limits) and s. 8 (class proceedings), read at ontario.ca/laws/statute/02c30 on 26 October 2026; reflected in the consumer paragraphs.
- Copyright Act (Canada), ss. 29-29.2 (fair dealing). Tercon Contractors v. British Columbia, 2010 SCC 4 (exclusion clauses), from secondary summaries only.
- Governing law and venue and the nil liability limit with a CAD $100 fallback follow the choices already made for the other TNAADO free sites in this registry. The page tnaado.ca/terms currently redirects to the Dispatch's terms; these terms replace that for the landing page once the site links here.
- Not reviewed by counsel; the limitation-of-liability wording in particular is a general form: see the notice at the top of this page.
