About this record

This archive records what was captured, not proof of when a client accepted it. Earlier versions may be missing. The product’s own site remains the governing source; a capture does not amend an agreement.

Provenance, not reconstructed history

Each record retains the exact UTF-8 HTML fetched from its canonical public URL, UTC capture time, source-stated dates and version where present, a readable text extraction, and SHA-256 hashes. Missing dates and versions are labeled as missing, never invented. An update date is not treated as an effective date.

September 2026 preparation files contained summaries and incomplete or stale dates. Those drafts were not published as historical policies. This registry begins with newly verified captures on October 25, 2026. It does not establish the content of a site on earlier dates.

Changes and acceptance

New captures are new records. Published capture files are append-only in the repository and checked by release validation. This is not a third-party timestamping service. A hash verifies bytes, not legal approval, completeness of history, or acceptance by a client. Client signatures and agreement evidence belong in the signing system, not this public archive.
