These Terms of Service (\"Terms\") are an agreement between you and TNAADO Inc (\"TNAADO,\" \"we,\" \"us\") and govern your use of the Mr. Indecisive mobile application (\"the app\"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your use of the app is also governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app and to post content. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement.

Your account

\n

You may use the app with Sign in with Apple or as a guest. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your device and credentials secure.

\n\n

User-generated content

\n

The app lets you post user-generated content, including video clips, captions, and venue or place information (\"Your Content\"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of posting it.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or illegal content or behavior on Mr. Indecisive. Prohibited content includes, without limitation: harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual or pornographic material, content that exploits or endangers minors, violence or incitement, illegal activity, spam, and impersonation. You may not abuse, harass, or threaten other users.

By posting Your Content, you agree that:

We provide tools to flag and report objectionable content and to block abusive users directly inside the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and, where warranted, ejecting the user who posted it. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any content and to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms, with or without notice. By using the app you agree that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

Subscriptions

The app offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions:

New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. If you start a trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you cancel beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription, or turn off auto-renewal, at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone — cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided \"as is\" and \"as available,\" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Recommendations, place data, and venue information are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date; you are responsible for verifying details such as hours, location, and availability before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNAADO and its officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or CAD $50.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the app and its users.

Governing law

\n

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the \"Last updated\" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
